Individual tourists can borrow an audio guide with the Standard route on it, within the ticket price. Audioguides are available in following languages: Polish, English, German, Czech, French, Russian and Italian.

Guided tours are available for both individual tourists and for organized groups. Additional fee for guide is one-off.
Each ticket includes taking pictures and using the toilet for free.
